Psi 70 Snaked customers kitchen sink 42’ Pulled back big gob of hair. Tech from previous snaking did not go far enough Ran customers sink and back to back neighbors sink. No back ups at this time. Refered camera. Mark, camera tech came out and could not drop down into line do to its aback to back kitchen Recommended going thru vent stack in attic but customer declined this Voids and warranty’s on kitchen sink drain line Explained this to customer.
Snake kitchen sink 50’. Pulled back tons of black sludge. Reassemble drains, test and all seems well at this time.
1. Replaced emergency shut off valve for upstairs toilet due to it leaking 2. Hooked everything up and it is working fine 3. Thanks for choosing my plumber
Cleared stoppage in floor drain on back of house. Rtc scheduled to come out tomorrow around 2:30. Pulled back dryer sheets. Went 10 cables with k50 to make bend after going 8 cables with 1500 from front cleanout. Has shallow trap in back drain.
Inspected boiler, found failed coupler for circulator pump/motor. Noted 4 zone valves, single pump. Home under renovation. Discussed options with customer. Picked up, replaced coupling to pump/motor and started unit. Advised customer to oil pump/motor bearings regularly.

Auger upstairs hall bathroom water closet (toilet), the only bathroom in the home. The water closet is clear and the water closet is operating to code.
Bill H. I ran my cable about 80 feet down the drain line. I pulled back roots. Stoppage is clear. Customer does not want a camera. No warranty, we cannot control what goes down the drain.

Kitchen drain was clogg. To clear the stoppage the K 50 machine is used to clear it. 14 feet of cable went down the drain and cleared the stoppage At 10 feet. Drain line is clear. Customer needs to be called to schedule for a camera inspection. Black slug was pulled back. But the line is clear.
Customer has leak coming from inside the refrigerator. Informed the customer nuthatch the leak is an appliance issue, not plumbing. Replaced the 1/2" x 1/4" angle stop valve going to the refrigerator. Tested, no leaks coming from the plumbing side of things.
Arrived to residence due to ac leaking water. Began inspecting unit and noticed the discharge line off the condensate pump had broke. Customer gave authorization to replace pump. New pump installed and operating proper. Signed customer up for HSP membership as well.
Customer had outside area way drain stoppage. Snaked the outside area way drain, running 40 feet of cable. Hit blockage at around 18 feet. Line is now clear.
